Join us for our wonderful spring, summer & fall weather with amazing Lake fun! This nicely appointed Lake Havasu home is ideally located near the downtown popular area of town. A few blocks off McColluch located central to all Marinas. Windsor, Havasu Marina, Riviera and Site 6 are all less than 5 miles. Very private home in a nice neighborhood. This home has 3 bdrms with Queen beds, 2 newly updated bathrooms, and kitchen, 2 car garage, boat deep, epoxy floor, an automatic garage door opener, plus a water softener, laundry room w/ washer & dryer and everything you need to be comfortable. Big cozy couches, ceiling fans in every room & much more has been added recently. Smart TV's with access to Netflix & Sling Fenced-in backyard plus covered patio with table set on the back patio. Side RV parking with all hookups. 30 Amp. Large Driveway 3 cars wide for parking boat and toys. Boat deep garage, 28' long. All parking is level, no hills. 
This property is immaculately kept, well-maintained, and very clean upon your arrival. We allow one dog for your stay. Plus you can add house cleaning services. This is not a beater house. 
BOATERS: Enjoy a home for the summer with your family at beautiful Lake Havasu. 
Large driveway for parking boats and toys. Close to Windsor and Riviera. 
All renters must sign a rental agreement, provide ID and be over the age of 25. We verify the guest count. RIng Camera located at front door.

Close to McCulloch and downtown restaurant and bar area. London Bridge at the end of McCulloch

Maximum occupancy is followed to city code rules. 6 occupants only

Front entry area has a bistro patio for sitting our front on our beautiful  mornings. The backyard has a nice covered patio with table/chairs and living room furniture

All smoke & Carbon Monoxide detectors are updated along with fire extinguishers. Ring doorbell/camera has recordings at the front door.

Yes suitable for small children although there are no cribs or pack and plays provided at this time. 

All smoking can be done on back patio. No smoking allowed in home.

Property is all one floor and easy mobility once inside. There is no ramp at the front door. There is a threshold to get over. Doorways are 30"

WIfi with 3 TV are included with Roku Sticks. Which means you can get to any of your regular subscriptions for TV or shows.  Sling & Netflix w be included.
